Iranian investors expressed readiness to start construction of a pharmaceutical factory in Aktau
Today, on November 11, the head of the region Nurlan Nogayev received a delegation of the Iranian company "NIAK", the press service of the regional akim reports.
At a bilateral meeting, the founder of NIAK, Human Bayat, expressed his readiness to implement a project for a pharmaceutical factory in a special economic zone in Aktau.
The investment in the four stages of the project is US $40 million. The first stage is planned to be launched before the end of this year. At the moment, an agreement has been reached with the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" on the implementation of the project. Namely, it is planned to allocate a site for the construction of an enterprise, as well as the transfer of the finished building.
The enterprise will produce 2 million bottles of disinfectants per month. In particular, produce antiseptics, iodine, gauze and masks.
After the full launch of the project, 100 people will be provided with permanent jobs.
Nurlan Nogayev noted that local executive bodies are ready to support such initiatives, which have a positive effect on the socio-economic development of the region and create new jobs.
